Part 1: Your PQ for Life — Concept

Scene 1

Thirty days ago, you started something most people never do — you decided to get intentional about how you move people. So here's the question that matters now: what happens tomorrow, when no one's handing you the next lesson?

Scene 2

Here's what usually happens: people finish a course, feel a surge of confidence, then slowly let it fade. Within six weeks, they're back to winging every conversation, every pitch, every ask — like the learning never happened.

Scene 3

But there's a small group — maybe one in a hundred — who treat persuasion like a living skill, not a finished course. They build what I call a Persuasion Quotient, a PQ, and they raise it a little every single week for the rest of their lives.

Scene 4

The mechanism is almost embarrassingly simple. One conversation per week, you choose one principle — mirroring, reframing, the feel-felt-found — and you practice it on purpose. You notice what lands. You adjust. That's it. That's the whole system.

Marcus told me something last month that stopped me cold. He said, "Uncle Bob, I've been doing your one-a-week thing for two years now. I don't even think about persuasion anymore — people just say yes, because I actually understand them." That's PQ at work.

Part 2: Your PQ for Life — Practice

Scene 1

Your Persuasion Quotient isn't a score you earn once — it's a living practice, like breathing, like listening, like love itself.

Scene 2

Most people finish a course and let the lessons fade like morning fog. Within three weeks, they're back to old patterns — pushing, hoping, guessing.

Scene 3

But here's what the 1% do differently: they build one unbreakable ritual. Not a massive overhaul — just one small act of practice, repeated until it becomes who they are.

Scene 4

I call it The Daily Three. Every evening, write down three things: one moment you truly listened, one moment you understood someone's real need, and one moment you could have done better. That's it — your PQ gym, for life.

Scene 5

Marcus started his Daily Three on a Tuesday in March. Six months later, his team said he'd become the best leader they'd ever worked with — not because he learned new tricks, but because he never stopped paying attention.

Scene 6

You don't need another course. You have everything you need — your ears, your empathy, and a practice that grows stronger every single day. Now go out there and change the room you walk into. I'm proud of you.
